Minimum quantities depend on the product — we'll guide you after signup. Generally, custom tote bags start at 50 pieces, while laser items can be ordered in smaller quantities.
Question 2: Can I customized the design fully?
Yes! Names, dates, fonts, colors, and themes are all customizable. We work with you to create a design that perfectly matches your event's aesthetic.
Question 3: How long does Production take?
Typically 7–14 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before your event.
Question 4: Do you help with the design ideas?
Absolutely — that's what this funnel is for! 😊 Once you submit the form, we'll send you personalized design inspirations and mockups based on your event details.
Question 5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards. A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery.
Question 6: Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in the Philippines. Shipping costs depend on location and order weight. We can also arrange pickup in Metro Manila.
